Warthen 2 Texting While Driving Introduction Texting while driving is a huge issue in today’s society. People are killed everyday due to the ignorance of texting while driving. From the time people get out of bed, individuals check their phones around 221 times a day, every 4.3 minutes says Dave Johnson. Many adults and teens have formed a habit to text while driving, which is a big issue in today’s world. Texting while driving can mean a lot of different things. Individuals can be texting, checking social media sites, snapchatting, or surfing the web. Even though this is a law in many states, lots of people choose to break it. When people are doing something that is distracting while driving, people are more likely to get into an accident. Not only is texting while driving endangering people's life, but other people's lives also! Mirco The micro level, is a small scale group of people’s views on a topic. The micro level is our viewpoints on the topic. Since the micro level is just one person’s thoughts, their thoughts can be taken out of proportion. This level can be good and bad, not everyone is going to agree with you and the things you say may offend others. Looking at texting while driving at a Micro level is a bad thing.
