Operational plan Excel PersonnelThe purpose of this report is to update the current Excel Personnel operational plan, as newinformation has been introduced. The main operational goal is to concentrate on increasesales by 8% by the end of 2011. To accomplish this objective a business expansion strategyhas been demanded and two offices have been opened, one in Melbourne and one inAdelaide.
