Rosie the Riveter was all over the place and used now as feminine empowerment. During the war she was just somebody who did her part not to empower women. Just to get bodies into factories. Rosie’s children there is a rise in juvenile delinquency if teens. Smaller children became latch key kids where they let them selves in from school, do their own homework, cooked dinner, put themselves to bed. The illegitimate birthrate soars and so does the divorce rate. Once women were respectable but that not crossed over to the public sphere and young women to entertain the troops were known as V-girls where the camp of air force base came to them.
