Aging Journal Entry Aging is increasing becoming a reality that most people find difficult to cope up with. Every day we are living with the fears that we slowly growing old and the youthfulness in us is fading away as we celebrate one birthday after another. However, aging is equally an intriguing topic based on the different dimensions that the society views it but one fact that cuts across all cultures is that no one wants to be associated with aging (Bergers, 2008). I believe we all have fears about aging that may be personally constructed or are just a construct of the society we living in. Aging can be a threatening stage in life if we lack emotional support and we are not at close contact with our family members and friends but equally can be interesting if our family members and the society at large understand and take care of us. From the individual level I have numerous fears about aging that sometimes leaves me contemplating if for sure I will get through aging someday even though death is far threatening.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
