GREENDALE PROJECT REDUX 2 Project completion The project will be completed around June 18, 2020. Critical path The critical path for this project would have to be the roof construction because it will take the longest to be completed. According to my grant chart, it will take 180 days to be completed. Slack/float in project There are approximately 3,860 days of slack in this project. The activities with the greatest slack/ float are the construction site set up, the light installation and the steel canopy construction. Top three activities that could impact project completion The main three activities that I believe could affect the project completion date are the roof construction, the lower concrete bowl, and the upper steel bowl.
