They are known to promote wellness and ease of use. Since 1977, Hot Spring® has been on the top of the market. Not only are they beautiful from the outside, but they also lead the market in technological advances and inner component advancements. They use massages such as their patented Moto Massage jet to assist the body in better muscle movement by using hot water to increase circulation. As they have grown, they have expanded to 55 different countries with over 900 dealers worldwide. To say that they are the best on the market would be an understatement. They pride themselves on the quality of their product and the health benefits that come with using their spas by providing a 20-year parts guarantee along with full service from the purchasing dealer. From 100 percent no-bypass filtration, high-end technology, and patented massages, down to the additional accessories such as stairs, handrails, and cover lifters, any consumer is set for success to enjoy their luxury spa. To revamp the Hot Spring® market and live by the new motto “Enjoy water, live longer”, there must be focus on wellness benefits, energy efficiency, and warranties. Today’s economy allows consumers the luxury of purchasing the highest quality product when making their selection. Because of the Hot Spring® high-end experience, the spas are somewhat higher in price than the competitor. In order to convince consumers that they are purchasing the best on the market, the value of wellness must be at the forefront of marketing.
