Subconsciously breathing every-day you kind of take you’re breathe for granted. Not really realizing that it’s a crucial part of your survival or unity in your body. It’s one of the greatest creations that were ever made and we don’t even have to put much effort into it. According to this article “Breath is the key to life, movement, and rhythm”. Breath can also be influenced by our feelings and thoughts throughout the day. For instance, if your nervous before a big audition or you have stage fright, right before a performance your rhythm of breath changes completely. It tenses up and restricts air flow as if you’re a fish out of water, which is why it’s always good to breathe in stressful situations. Instances like this you have to override your subconscious breath and take control because if not you could really hurt yourself just
