Introduction: Negotiation is a relationship-based progressing process. Negotiation is vital for cutting the cost and enhancing the profitability. Generally, negotiation embraces a zero-sum approach, it isn't required that amid an arrangement one side needs to neglect to prevail upon another. A decent negotiator is one who approaches all data required for the item and procedures being consulted on and utilizes the data in the best way and who adopts a superior strategy on settling the correct issue. Multiparty negotiation: It is true that multi-party negotiation is difficult as compared with two-party negotiation. It involves the ideas and demands of more than two parties. Hence in this situation, it is quite difficult to reach a single conclusion or achieve a win-win situation. Following are list of some challenges faced by parties in case of multiparty negotiation. 1.Complexity: Association of many gatherings may cause the input complexity. Each gathering has their own choice, thoughts and so on and all are agreed to confirmations. Subsequently, this circumstance prompts the complexity and may bring about trouble in basic leadership (Stamato, 2004).
