Guidelines for Service Learning Journal # 1 For Journal #1, you may like to choose the topics that you are most interested in or seem meaningful to you within the framework of TE250. However, the overall format should include (but not limited to) following elements: - Introduce general information about your SL sites. For example, if your SL is in East Lansing High School, you should indicate school name, the city it is located, the demographic portraits of school, etc. If you think you don’t have adequate general information about your SL sites, you should access school websites for specific information. Make this part brief in 2 or 3 sentences - Describe your tasks: What do you do specifically? Do you tutor ESL students? Do you help out student(s) with disability? Do you attend in-class observation or you assist students in after school programs? Do you facilitate some activities in Lansing Refugee Center? Or do you do
