List your top five (5) Signature Themes in the space provided. 1 Empathy 2 Connectedness 3 Strategic 4 Achiever 5 Adaptability 2. Find top two (2) signature themes in chapter 10 (pages 235-277). For each theme, select two (2) different observations or suggestions that you think will help you identify or affirm your career choice. Explain why you believe the observation(s) or suggestion(s) will be helpful to you. Signature Theme #1: Empathy Observations or Suggestions: I think the suggestion of finding work environments where emotions are valued and not repressed is helpful to me to make use of my Empathy talents. I already work fulltime in a restaurant and interact with a lot of people every on a daily basis. Being an empathetic person allows me to understand others better and also helps me overcome many obstacles at my work and in general. Signature Theme #2: Connectedness Observations or Suggestions: I think, the suggestion of finding environments where I can interact with other and help them find meaning and purpose in their lives is helpful and very important to me.
