2 Runner Head: ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHIES The best approach to running a solid organization is to have a culture in perspective of an unequivocally held and by and largely shared course of action of feelings that are fittingly reinforced by system and structure. Exactly when an organization has a strong culture, three things occur: Employees know how top organization needs them to respond to any condition, agents assume that the ordinary response is the most ideal one, and laborers understand that they will be made up for demonstrating the organization's characteristics. HR has an irreplaceable part in maintaining a strong culture, starting with enlisting and picking competitors who will share the organization's feelings and thrive in that culture. HR moreover makes an organization, getting ready, and execution organization programs that design and fortify the organization's inside characteristics and guarantees that fitting prizes and affirmation go to specialists who truly embody the characteristics. Racial and ethnic minorities have higher dismalness and mortality from chronic illnesses. The results can go from more prominent economic stress to higher action restrictions. There is a higher extent of African Americans as well as Latinos as to Whites among elderly adults, they have reported that they have one and seven chances to have a chronic condition, for example Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Cancer, Lung Disease, Asthma, Heart Disease, Diabetes 1 and 2, Obesity, Anxiety, and Depression as well as many more. These chronic illnesses are very costly in the United State. There are a few cultures like American Indians, Alaska Natives as well as African American that have few limits to their activities such as
