The most predictable discoveries relate to the positive connections between affective commitment and employee well-being. Relations between commitment and employee well- being.are more factor, yet by and large negative. Little is thought about relations including regularizing duty. There is significant irregularity in discoveries relating to the directing impacts of responsibility on stressor– strain relations. Organizational Commitment : Organizational commitment is the bond employees experience with their organization . Broadly speaking, employees who are committed to their organization generally feel a connection with their organization , feel that they fit in and, feel they understand the goals of the organization. “Three component model of commitment” John Meyer and Natalie Allen discuss organizational commitment in great detail. We can see from their insightful research that there exists three distinct types of organizational commitment: 1. Affective commitment 2. Continuance commitment 3.
