You have to rely on fast food restaurants for your meals, but would like to eat as healthy as possible. What will you choose for breakfast, lunch and dinner??? Instructions: Use nutrition facts for selected fast food restaurants to plan your meals. You will need to choose wisely in order to stay within the recommended amounts for fat, saturated fat, sodium, carbohydrates and protein.
