Street Medicine Journal of Reflections Journaling is a tool which helps students review and self-evaluate their progress in meeting the course objectives of the clinical practicum and transfer theory into practice. Journal entries stimulate critical thinking by providing students with an opportunity to reflect on their activities, observations, thoughts, and problem solving skills to improve their performance. Summarize the videos viewed. The CALPACT Training on street medicine consist of 5 videos. Each video focus on a different area of street medicine and is led by a variety of people. The introduction, led by Dr. Withers, consists of the history of street medicine and his personal experience with providing care to the homeless. He talks about how he gained trust of the homeless and began giving medical care. He later elaborates on how his practice of street medicine grew. The following videos talk about street medicine on a larger scale by moving beyond local street medicine and
