Memo To: Paul Frise From: Elizabeth Mascorro Date: March 19, 2018 Subject: Flipping Homes Promotes Change for the Better Flipping homes can be such a great investment when planned correctly and invested in the right things along with educating oneself on the risks, the pros, the cons, and additional information about such a big jump in business. The benefits involved in going into this business can truly pay off in the end. Flipping homes takes long hours of work, time and money along with passion for the job. More and more people are in need to buy homes for their families. More and more are facing foreclosure or a few months behind the bills, some are trying to sell homes, and others are trying to buy. Why not take one man’s trash and make it into another’s treasure? The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
