William Morris was a 19thcentury artist. He brought craft and fine art together though interior design. One of his creations is the Windrush 1892, which is very elegant and well-craftedwoodblock print that pushes the boundary between art and utility. This design is in several colorsthat is repeatable that can serve as a textile or a wallpaper pattern. The design could be used to cover your table or your bedroom wall. The Windrush enriches our surroundings; as if you are living with an artwork. William Morris also made dishes, wallpaper, furniture, fabrics, bed sheets, curtains, pillows, and carpets.William Morris’ Windrush is made from woodblock print. This design is use with minimum colors that repeat throughout the artwork. He uses blue and beige on a white cotton to give the flowers and designs more of a pop.
