PROJECT SUCCESS 2 Project Success Construction project success is broadly dependent on the relationship of the involved parties and other stakeholders. It is true that relational contracts of integrity, trust and informal sharing of information are a necessity to this project success. In my opinion, building a healthy relationship is as crucial within the project team as its outside. Right relationship is the determinant of the project success and its failure ( Harrison and Lock, 2017). The advantage is that as a project leader, this relationship will get the parties involved to trust and like you and will deliver diligently what you ask them to do. This relationship will make it easier for all the parties’ tor cordially work with each other to accomplish different goals even when the project timeline is short. Project leaders have their primary role in creating a network which will help enhance the relationship between the involved parties. The contractual relationship is primarily based
