It will also help you to understand, accept and support other cultures in various ways including settings in early childhood. CHCDIV001: This co-assessment will assist you to appreciate diversity and inclusivity. It will enhance your communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds. It will also help you to build relationships with children and their families in Early Childhood Education and Care services. CHCDIV002: This co-assessment will support your knowledge of culturalsafety in an early childhood setting in regards to Aboriginal and/or TorresStrait Islander people. You will develop strategies to enhance cultural safety in the workplace. For this part, you are required to reflect and think about yourself including your past and your present. 1) Identify significant events in your life and aspects of your environment that have defined your own cultural identity, values and beliefs. 2) Reflect and list your social, cultural views and biases. Culturally and socially I am obliged and happy to build relationships with many people, help and share time with them. Help people in any aspect even if you don't know them. Open my house to someone who needs it even if you do not know and offer something to eat, even if it means that tomorrow I do not have. The table is always served for everyone. .
