C. Identify the end result and the nature of change to take the company from a traditional organization to a learning organization using Balogun and Hope-Hailey’s model. To take the company from a traditional to a learning organization the best method would be adaptation. A realignment will result from an incremental approach as current processes and systems are updated which will reduce the impact of sudden changes to employees. The development and implementation of these new updates incrementally is that employees will be able to learn and improve gradually, turning the company into a learning organization gradually. For adaptation, when the change is incremental, the end result is realignment.
