The Milwaukee website does not conform to the standards, which were set out by Nielsen as the website has limited information, and is poorly structured limiting the interaction between the user and the site resulting to the lousy customer experience. The Milwaukee does not provide for visibility of the status of the system, as it does not inform the users on the current occurrences by use of reliable feedback mechanisms over a standardized length of waiting time. WEBSITE EVALUATION 2 lacks a suitable contact detail display to make it easy for the users to communicate with the administrators and management of the institution (Nielsen, 1994). The website does not offer any contact information as the clients who are seeking their services cannot be able to get in touch with the company to satisfy their needs. The lack of the business contact information on the company website provides a bad user experience, as they are not in a position to either make orders or request further information about the company. The site has no provision for the physical address, the business contact information that bears a negative impact on the growth of the company. The company’s website has information that is limited to the sales and the products offered yet the principle aspect of developing the website is marketing. The management and It experts are to design a site which provides vast amounts of information on the company without necessarily pitching on selling.
