Sammi Guido POLI 1103 Congress: Doing the People’s Business – Chapter 11 The President's ignorant climate science statements seems to be having a corrosive effect on American's understanding of what climate science really is. With that being said, America is the only country in the world where the major conservative party actively denies climate change, as the Republican party stands alone in its denial of the legitimacy of climate science. Trump calling global warming a hoax and reversing environmental policies in an effort to bind the globe and halt the planet's warming is nothing more than a money making tactic. Whether congress is doing their job or not, its really hard to tell. What exactly are they supposed to do about climate change if it cannot be controlled by anyone?

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
