Bonus Assignment #1 1. The problem for Tiffany in this situation is that she doesn’t know who to choose for the position. 2. Tiffany knows that both candidates are equally qualified. She also is bias towards one candidate, 3. The real problem is that she doesn’t want her bias towards Gloria’s selection to get in the way of choosing the person best for the job. 4. Tiffany could interview with both candidates to get a better feel for who they are and what they’re able to bring to the table. She could also possibly ask someone who does not have a bias eye to review the resumes and use their recommendations. Tiffany could also select another candidate. 5. If Tiffany goes with the first solution, it is possible that she will become even more bias towards Gloria’s candidate, seeing that they come from similar backgrounds. If she decides to go with the second solution, she will more than likely receive recommendations that are not biased. If she goes with the
