Business leaders are stressing their CIOs to demonstrate the business importance and estimation of IT. Leading CIOs are utilizing the EA procedure as a vital component to changing IT and addressing this challenge. The EA program institutes a collaborative, shared planning process. EA teams work with business and IT stakeholders to characterize a future-state vision as far as necessities, standards and models. They then compare the future-state vision to the current state, identifies gaps and plan investments to fill them. EA is not IT-focused, but business-driven and comprehensive. The business perspective recognizes the procedures and norms that the business functions with every day. The application viewpoint portrays the cooperation between various procedures and guidelines utilized by the organization. The information perspective depicts and gathers the raw information in the association, for example, presentations, databases, and spreadsheets that an organization needs to efficiently operate. The technology perspective portrays the hardware, software, programming and networking system that is utilized by an organization. The future- state vision helps coordinate the analysis of and develop a plan to fit required changes in business functions and procedures, information provisioning, technology capabilities and application solutions. A successful EA program will help align IT investments with long-term strategy, reduce risk, deliver higher-quality information and engineer adaptive solutions and technical services. The benefits of enterprise architecture are accomplished through its direct and indirect contributions to organizational goals. There are several advantages using the Enterprise architecture model. First, it significantly enhances the basic leadership process while facilitating the worry of changing requests and conditions for an organizations goal. Second, it helps an
