1 Deployment of Hardware and Software Recommendations Agile Hoya has already centrally implemented, in their Washington headquarters, a set of tools to facilitate communication. There are a telephone and an e-mail directory, webmail to allow multi- device connectivity, VoIP telephone system for cost efficiency purposes and conference call facilities in most of the meeting rooms. Moreover, all employees have access to phone and video conference services from their wireless laptops through Skype for Business. The central information technologies (IT) department will be rolling out these services to each of the new locations. However, Skype for Business is a recent implementation, and IT wanted to get feedback on the quality of the service provided by the current users before proceeding with further rollouts. To do that, an evaluation questionnaire has been created and distributed among current users. Table 1.1. summarize the results of the survey to the current population of 100 users. Feedback is quite favorable in most categories apart from "quality of the communication (voice and video) during the meeting" and "availability of training documentation and operational manuals". The central IT will now launch an optimization program to ensure both topics are resolved before proceeding to the
