Job Analysis is a process to identify and determine in detail job duties and requirements and the importance of these duties for a given job. Job Analysis is a process where judgements are made about data collected on a job. The purpose of the job analysis process is using the particular information to make the right fit between the job and the employees. It is also used to assess the performance of the employees, and to analyze the training and educational needs of the employee. Job descriptions are different. Job descriptions is a formal account of an employee's responsibilities. This is where the information is found that will let the employee know what they are going to be expected to do in detail. It generally includes duties, purpose, responsibilities, scope, and working conditions of a job along with the job's title, and the name or designation of the person to whom the employee reports.
