LECTURE #2 FACTS There are 10 numbered pins set up in a triangle on the pin deck: The #1 pin is called the head pin. The pins are set 12 inches apart from center to center. Standard lane length from foul line to the center of the head pin is 60 feet. Standard lane width is between 41 and 42 inches.
