He discovered sperm, red blood cells,protozoa, and bacteria. Everything is covered inside out with bacteria, and human would not be alive withoutthem. Bacteria can communicate using molecular language.Part II.Go to the website listed above.Listen to the microscopy tutorial and write a procedure on how to use amicroscope.Procedures should be written in order, numerically, and clear and concise.1.Turn on the light using the switch.2.Turn the rheostat to 10.3.Any additional adjustments should be made using the iris diaphragm lever.4.On the real microscope, you need to open the spring-loaded clip.5.Fit the slide neatly into the corner of the slide holder.6.Then release the clip.7.Turn the ocular housing to select a lens.8.Turn the ocular housing to set the blue 4X lens into position.9.Move the slide forward-backward and side way using the knobs.10.Use the coarse focus to move the stage as high as it will go.11.Look through the microscope for the first time.12.Adjust oculars to get the 2 circles of light to merge into 1.13.Adjust coarse focus down, as slowly as possible until the image appears.14.Switch objective lenses if it is not successful.
