Executive Summary The establishment of a company that fulfills the need of eco-friendly construction of tiny residential dwellings with sustainable and breathable materials for clients who wish to lessen their carbon footprint or impact upon the environment. Note: In any instance where there is a discrepancy between the Project Charter and the Project Scope Statement, the latter is considered authoritative. 2. Business Objectives 2.1 Product Description (Solution) Back to Earth Tiny Homes, LLC will be a company that creates tiny residential dwelling constructed from and equipped with eco-friendly and sustainable materials and products that work in a symbiotic relationship to create an off-grid lifestyle. After searching for homes to no avail, and researching standard code building materials, the desire arose to start a tiny home company that will go “above and beyond the everyday” and build clients’ homes that are safe and visually pleasing. Project is sponsored and partially funded by Philip Kornelis. Additional funding will come in forms of small business loans and/or grants from financial institutions, non-profit organizations. Clients will be individuals and companies who share beliefs and values held by project members. Clients are responsible for all finances agreed upon by and in contracts. 2.2 Business Objectives To establish a strong awareness that an individual’s everyday actions have on the environment and how to lessen our impact starting where we reside.
