Eating a healthy diet (low refined sugars, low saturated fat, & high fiber, vitamins, & minerals) Foot Care (check feet daily for sores & wear supportive, well fitted shoes) Eye & Dental Exams (eye- once a year & dental- twice a year) If you’re a smoker, STOP! Stress Management!!
