“Fool:... Nothing that is so is so.” (4. 1., 8-9)I might actually use this quote for my essay. This is Feste again proving that he is the wisest character in the play. I really think that Feste is the vassal that Shakespeare utilizes to commentate on the events of the play. “Sebastian: What relish is in this? How runs the stream?Or am I mad, or else this is a dream.Let fancy still my sense in Lethe sleep; If it be thus to dream, still let me sleep!” (4. 1., 63-66)Yet another quote building onto the theme of vainlove that is constantly expressed in the play. Olivia is thrusting herself upon Sebastian and he is simply letting her do this. “Malvolio: As hell, Sir Topas.”
