Organizational culture is the process of creating understanding and share different awareness among the members within the organization towards the same goal of the organization. It is also defined as the values, assumptions, and ways of interaction on what will contribute to the unique psychological environment and society of the organization. Organizational culture includes the expectations, philosophy and the values that guide the member's behavior within the organization. Organizational culture can be managed the same as the rest of the system by establishing the moral stands and letting the new employees to understanding the taboo of the institution. The strategic control in which the management team help to develop goals, roles of each one in the organization and the values to ensure the success of the organization.
