Then, respond thoroughly and honestly to each prompt. 1. What made reading fun for you? What made it a chore? Describe any strategiesthat you use or read about in Sections 4.3 or 4.4 that you would like to use to helpyou become a more critical reader. I have always loved to read, if the reading was something that interested me. I have a bookcase full of books; not only to read for fun, but books about topics that interest me. When it comes to reading for school, sometimes it is a little harder for me to critically read it. I usually use my confluence first when it comes to reading things I do not want to. I try to rush through it. But as I started this course, I started taking notes, highlighting words I did not understand, and rereadsections of the chapter that I did not understand. It makes things easier for me to critically read the chapter.
