Lewis Urry invented the current battery that we use they are composed of Alkaline which contains the negative electrode is zinc and the positive electrode is manganese dioxide. The inventor of the first battery was Alessandro Volta he was an Italian physicist, chemist and also known as the pioneer of electricity and power. Objective Our group’s objective for this experiment is to see which is more conductive with electricity between the two heterogeneous mixtures salt-water and salt-vinegar. Materials Water, vinegar, salt. Styrofoam tray Digital multi-meter 1 stack of pennies, 1 stack of nickels Pencil, paper, napkin, and scissors Teaspoon Procedure… Grab all materials Mix 6 teaspoons salt and 1 cup water inside tray (for second lab mix vinegar with salt) Cut napkin into 6 squares that are not bigger nor smaller than a penny/nickel
