(Topic 2)As Employer, One of the main obligations to employees is to provide a safeand healthy workplace and environment which means the employer should ensurethe premises, Plants, Materials and the whole environment is safe to Employeeswhich is the responsibility of the safety committee in the work Usually if any employee was the main cause of injury towards other whileworking on behalf of the employer, At that time the Employer must be with the sideof the harmed party and should investigate heavily to find the main reasons withgreat deal of responsibility and this is called vicarious LiabilityAt that moment , If Injured Party did not got her rights she will have her fullrights to complain to the union/Government about her Employer d specially thesafety officer and the committee in companyIn this situation , One of employees had an arm broke in the workplacehence Employer First need to establish few steps together with the investigation ofthe accident and consequently he needs to punish the faulty person andCompensation represented by giving her paid salary medical leave is offered .Before Starting, the investigation processes, this accident should report to adesignated person within the organization and the injured woman should receiveher full first aid and medical care to prevent further injuries or damage.Then the Investigations steps should start by :1) Investigating with the injured Employee regarding the accident by clearing offall the details concerning her presence in that office and what the cleanlinessstatus of the place and whether she has any problem with any employees workingin the same office trying to identify the cause.2) Have a deep look on the logbook of the employees working in the same officearound the same accident timing besides checking the LED cameras of the sameoffice to identify the safety status of the place including cleanliness.
3) Call the suspected Employees individually and listen to their witness and start tolink between all the gathered information collected from the Injured staff to thevideos shown on the camera up to staff testimonials 4) If the employer/safety officer found any intuitional reasons behind this accidentarise from any employee so This Employee should be punished with the samedegree equivalent to the accident impacts on the employee including bothphysiologically and psychologically effects in addition to giving this Employee allher compensations such as full paid Monthly salary as she already harmed in theworkplace.
