Give examples of good and poor communications in your organization. Leaders use communications to influencing others, so they need to have good communication skills. Formal authority affects communication and, ultimately, performance. Leaders send a variety of messages orally, in writing and nonverbally (Lussier & Achua, 2016). Example of good communications in organization A good communication occurs when the employees are focused on what the management should say and listen well. This means not only understanding all the words or the information that is being communicated, but means also understanding all the emotions that the management is trying to communicate. In a good communication, one is able to hear all the subtle intonations in the manager’s voice that tells them how the manager and fellow employees are feeling and all the emotions they are
