ArtifactWhat is your chosen artifact? Include a link to or a picture of the artifact. My chosen artifact is the painting “The Starry Night” by Vincent van Gogh.I.Describe the artifactin detail. For instance, how would you describe it to someone who could not see it?“The Starry Night” is a painting, painted by artist Vincent van Gogh in 1889. It is a painting that is full of whirling clouds, shining starts portrayed as radiating orbs in the sky, and a bright, glowing crescent moon. Van Gogh used white and yellow, withan emphasis on yellow, which created a spiral effect that draws the eyes to the sky. There is a curvy cypress tree in the left foreground (which to many appears flame-like) that has dark branches that seem to be curling and swaying to the movement of the sky. There is what looks to be a rather gloomy, but peaceful village. Although the village seems quite dark and dreary, Van Gogh painted brightly lit windows throughout it.II.Choose elements of the artifactthat you believe are most important to how you experience it and explain why. For instance, what particularly catches your senses or makes you want to keep experiencing it? Does the choice of medium impact your experience?
