The first goal attempts to explain the reason why individuals act the way that they do inside of an organization. Second OB attempts to predict people and groups behave with internal and external factors. The third goal is OB gives managers the tools to help with the management of individuals behavior, so they show their best effort to accomplish organizational goals” (Borkowski, 2016, p. 3).
