Planning for Success
I personally consider myself a very outgoing, family oriented person. I like to spend as
much family time as possible. I am motivated and always looking to do better for myself and my
family. I was born and raised in Laredo, Texas which is two hundred and twenty miles south of
San Antonio, Texas. Growing up in a very close knitted family has taught me many things. I
grew up in a household with my parents, three brothers and one sister. In our house, there was
always love. We always thanked God for the food we were about to eat. We knew we spoke to
our elderly as yes sir, no sir, thank you and please. My parents always taught us to appreciate
what we have, never go around looking for more. Never compare ourselves to our friends. My
father a hardworking man instilled in us to always work hard to get what you want that nothing
in life will be handed to you for free. We were taught to always thrive to do the best in all that
you do to become a better person. So, with this in mind all of my brothers now hold high
positions within their jobs and my sister is a special education teacher. As for myself after
working as an Administrative Assistant for fifteen years I now realized that I need to complete
my degree.
Some of my strengths are being very independent. I like to do things on my own instead of
asking for help from my husband or anyone else. Another strength is that I am very trust worthy.
I have many friends that confide in me their personal problems. Punctuality to me is a big
strength. I am always on time wherever it is that I am going. To work I like to be there thirty
