The mission statement of Texas A&M University not only “provid[es] the highest quality undergraduate and graduate programs,” but also “develop[es] new understandings through research and creativity.” 2.) As part of the Carnegie Initiative for Texas A&M University’s graduate studies, “partner departments will analyze all aspects of their doctoral programs and link specific activities to desired outcomes…by clarifying their goals for doctoral education in their respective disciplines and…to better meet their identified goals.” 3.) The findings of Dr. Cliff Spiegelman, Dr. William A. Tobin, and Dr. William D. James that are going to be revealed in Annals of Applied Statistics, portray that the “evidence used to rule out a second assassin is fundamentally flawed.” 4.) Addressing to an estimation of 300 people, Michael D.
