PHY 114Ohm’s LawNames: Kasslyn, Gabbie, KatieSection: 75181 Group #: 3TA: Mansoure Moeini Rizi24 September 2017Abstract:Using a closed circuit with two resistor boxes and a power source, voltage and current across the boxes can be measured to find the most efficient power output. Based upon Ohm’s law, the internal resistance should equal the load resistance for maximum output. We found that when the load resistor box was at 120Ω, the power extracted from the circuit was at its peak: 0.25 Watts.
