1. The concept of parens partriae was originated with the king of England during the 12 th century. Means the parent of the country someone who’s in charge of running the systems. 2. The differentiate between types of juvenile’s offender’s children or youth. They are classified to several different criteria. Juvenile delinquent is youth under a certain age who committed a crime and need treatment after. Status offender are something a juvenile commit that can bring the juvenile to a juvenile court. It wouldn’t be a crime if an adult committed. The crimes that will/would lead them to juvenile court is underage liquor law violations truancy, and running away from home. 3. Juvenile offenders are processed through the criminal justice systems. The criminal justice systems are another word for juvenile systems. Someone who processes juvenile offenders.
