Your Assessment Task must be submitted in print form.Assessment NumberMethod of AssessmentVenue of AssessmentAssessment 1Project & ReportMIV OnsiteAssessment 2Project & ReportMIV OnsiteAssessment 3Written Questions and AnswersMIV OnsiteAt Mercury Institute of Victoria, students must submit their assessment tasks in print out form (Hard copy), to the assessor.Upon completion of the Assessments, the Trainer/Assessor will mark the assessment Tasks and accomplish a Unit Assessment Summary Sheet to record the result and feedback. The Trainer/ Assessor will discuss these with student and thereafter the student will be asked to sign the declaration to evidence the feedback session. There are two (2) outcomes of assessments:S = SatisfactoryNS = Not Satisfactory (requires more training)The Trainer / Assessor will award the student Competent “C” on the completion of the unit when after being satisfied that student have completed all assessments and have provided the appropriate evidence required to meet all criteria. Otherwise, s/hewill mark them Not yet Competent “NYC” and provide an opportunity for re-assessment.To record the result of the unit for student, The Trainer / Assessor will accomplish theResult Summary, called Result Sheet and submit that with the graded assessment to training coordinator for review and quality check.
