HEALTHCAREFACILITIES2Healthcare FacilitiesAccording to Huesch (2012), health care facilities play a critical role in the detection,diagnosis, treatment, and management of different conditions that may proliferate into long-lasting diseases that may threaten the survival of individuals and even result in death. Healthcarefacilities are also responsible for providing rehabilitation services to different patients after beingdischarged from various hospitals. However, the success of a health care facility in delivering itscore duties lies in the manner in which it manages its allocated resources to ensure that they arenot depleted before the expected time span. As a result, healthcare facilities must put intoconsideration the need to put in place a range of systems and processes to ensure that there iseffective resource allocation and distribution to attain sustainable performance existence (Lavy &Shohet 2009). This paper evaluates how my health care facility manages resource allocation andresponds to different interrelated questions.Evaluating How My Health Care Facility Manages Resource AllocationWudhikarn (2016) acknowledges effective management of resource allocation as one ofthe most critical process that determine the success of healthcare facilities in their struggle tomeet their long-term goals and objectives. As a healthcare service beneficiary, I have visited aplethora of healthcare organizations which have demonstrated a range of unique strategies in thestruggle to achieve effective management of resource allocation processes. For instance, thehealthcare organization I currently depend on uses multiple cost-effective strategies to ensurethat the available allocated resources are effectively managed in order to increase theirstakeholder satisfaction levels.
