Many Professional places of business require employees to complete a Myers-Briggs personality assessment or complete The Big Five Project Personality Test. The Reasoningbehind these exams are very simple, “The basic idea is that knowing your personality type, and those of others, will help you interact more effectively with colleagues and better identify your own strengths” (Cunningham 2012).After completing both test, I have concluded that my personality is very reserved and punctual. According to the Myers-Briggs test, my personality can be very tedious with completing any task at hand, often putting aside personal cost, and completing a task in a very timely manner. I do have to agree with this statement. When I tend to start a project, I will not stop until it is completed to a level of professionalism. Another result of the Myers-Briggs test
