Thestudy consisted of psychologists using magnetic resonance imaging scans tosee if there would be difference in their brain activity when they’re alone incontrary to when they’re with their friends. They had the participants play asix-minute driving video game where they had to make various decisions likewhether to stop or drive through yellow lights.B) The social psychology phenomenon occurring within this study would be acombination of the power of situation with peer pressure and conformity. The powerof the situation is when situations determine behavior despite individual differences.Peer pressure or conformity can help drive this as attempting to living up to othersexpectations can lead one to act differently than they usually would.
