1Daler ShodarvozovEnglish19/29/16Commercial pilotHave you ever looked up and saw a airplane soaring through the sky? Have you ever thought about being the pilot? Well then you're in for one heck of a ride. “Most airline pilots begin their careers as commercial pilots. Commercial pilots typically need a high school diplomaor equivalent. Airline pilots typically need a bachelor’s degree. All pilots who are paid to fly must have at least a commercial pilot’s license from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In addition, airline pilots must have the Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate. The ATP certificate, and instrument and multiengine ratings expand the privileges granted by the commercial pilot’s license and may be required by certain employers” (“Airline and CommercialPilots”). Becoming a pilot is no easy task, it requires lots of patience and determination. Is the pay off worth it? What kind of benefits are you looking at? Are there openings in the industry?
