Cloud Computing is not only portrayed and perceived as a new technology but also widely accepted as an evolution of technologies. For the last three decades, one trend in computing has been loud and clear: big, centralized, mainframe systems are "out"; personalized, power-to-the-people, do-it-yourself PCs are now "in" (Khajeh-Hosseini, 2013). Today, through cloud-based contact center technologies, clients and BPO companies can operate in sync as partners both for phone calls and non-voice channels and tasks. This has been beneficial not only for clients, who can outsource tasks so they can focus on their core competencies, but also for business process
