Report ObjectiveThis report takes a look at Soda Pop Organic Inc., their business history, and the product line that they are offering to the market, their business model of selling organic drinks and the concept behind it, the volume of their business assets and partners and the relationship which they maintain with them, its future commitments, and the vision for growth and expansion. This report will also present Soda Pop Organic’ financial figures from the balance sheet, income statement and cash inflows to show the status of the company by the end of year 2013 to analyze how well has the company performed over the years by taking a look at its profit, cost, assets andliabilities, and the benefit given to the shareholders by the company. This report will help in giving a better understanding the current status of Soda Pop Organic in accordance with the latestfinancial statistics. The report will also analyze the ratios of Soda Pop Organic and how these ratios will help various stakeholders in making their financial decisions including shareholders, creditors, authorities such as government, and management itself. Liquidity ratios will help us understand how organization’s liquid assets (cash and cash equivalents) are performing and what necessary steps must be taken for even better performance. Whereas, Financial Leverage Ratios will help us understand the going concern of the business and how much loan can be taken further or must be repaid to ensure the safe operations of the business. Finally, Profitability Ratios will help us understand if the operations are efficient enough to generate profits against assets and equity of shareholders[Inv16].
