According to the explanation from the given article, a utilitarian approach evaluates an actions or a behaviour in associated of its consequences or outcomes. In brief, its main goal is to achieve greatest benefit for the majority number while creating the least amount of harm or preventing significant amount of suffering. On the other hand, a deontological approach is a way that judges whether an action or a behaviour is right or wrong based on a moral code instead of its consequences.
