It is also important because if an employee isn’t working to their standards, then they can try to find out ways to help improve their work. So, when it comes to measuring performance management for The Coca-Cola Company, they want to make sure their employees are satisfied within the environment so that they work to their fullest potential. Coca-Cola focuses on everyone being treated with respect and making sure the organization provides employees with rewarding work life and the tools necessary to develop them as an employee (Pratap, 2017). Managers talking to their employees about their work is important for the organization as a whole because it can help them grow and it keeps everyone close. Coca-Cola focuses on makingsure their employees have a great workplace for them to achieve their goals, so when it comes to performance management, they make sure that everything is fine with the employees. The following will show how they go about performance management and how they figure out ways to fix scenarios in the workplace. Step 1:When it comes to performance management, there is a cycle that a company needs to follow to make sure their employees are striving hard and being treated well. The first step is to identify the organization’s goals and objectives and the key performance outcomes that provide value for customers, employees, and the organization in general (Sarieddine, 2014). Every organization has a goal that they want their employees to strive for, along with their employees’

The main goal(s) for The Coca-Cola Company is to refresh the world, inspire moments of optimism and happiness, and to create value and make a difference in the place that we all live in (UKEssays, 2015). In order to reach the company’s goal(s) is to conduct their business in a unique fashion, but also hire employees that not only are good at what they do, but also want to work hard to achieve the organizations goal(s) as well. Step 2:When it comes to Coca-Cola and their employees, they focus on their employees’ goals. It is rare for an organization to focus so much and their employees’ goals because they are usually too busy focusing on the organizations main goals. However, the organization believes that motivating the staff is important as well, which is the reason why they focus on the employees’ goals. The firs thing they do to motivate their employees is to create an environmentof trust and respect.
